Most of the Gauritha products are handwoven using 100% organic fibers and threads which are delicate and require proper care. Since handcrafting intricate designs and motifs take a lot of effort and time, we only keep limited stock of our products at a given time. That is why we only accept returns in special circumstances, when it’s absolutely necessary.

Return Policy:

• All handcrafted products undergo rigorous quality control. In the rare instance of a defective product, exchange or return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item, by contacting us at contact@gauritha.com
• Returns are not accepted for customized products. Refunds are initiated after the product is returned to and received by Gauritha, reflecting in the customer’s account in 7-10 business days.
• No returns/exchanges are applicable for orders received during a sale.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation request will be entertained within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we will refund the entire amount

Damaged Products in Transit:

If a product is damaged in transit, inform us at contact@gauritha.in within 24 hours of receipt
